Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and confirming their purchase decision prior to completing a transaction.
Shipping Damage And Warranty Claims
Any shipping-related damage must be handled directly through the shipping carrier. If a product is believed to be defective or requires service after purchase, warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer according to their policies.
General Return Eligibility
Most non-regulated merchandise may be returned if it is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase and must include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Items that show wear, installation, modification, or damage caused by misuse may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety standards, legal restrictions, and industry regulations, some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These include:
• Firearms after transfer or completion of required paperwork
• Ammunition and hazardous or consumable materials
• Special-order, serialized, or NFA-regulated items
• Used, installed, or clearance products marked as final sale
Once a firearm has been transferred through the required background check process, it is legally considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.
Firearms Prior To Transfer
If a firearm order has not yet been transferred or picked up from the designated FFL dealer, you may request cancellation before completing the transfer. Approved cancellations may be subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee. After the transfer is complete, the sale becomes final and no returns are permitted.
Damaged Or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. Some products may also be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and handled directly through the manufacturer according to their service policies.
We may request photos or additional information before reviewing any claim.
Return Process
Before sending any item back, you must contact us for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Once approved, items should be securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection and processing. Standard merchandise may incur a percentage-based fee, while special-order or non-stock items may carry higher fees. Original shipping charges and service fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution but are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds apply only to the product purchase price and do not include shipping costs, transfer fees, or other service charges.
Order Cancellations
Non-regulated orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, they must follow the standard return process. Firearm orders may only be canceled before shipment to the FFL dealer. Orders may also be canceled by us due to pricing errors, inventory issues, legal restrictions, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for the same or comparable product based on availability. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
